A hybrid bot-and-human WhatsApp CRM built entirely from scratch. Unifying high-volume support and proactive marketing into one intuitive workspace. As the sole product designer, I dedicated 1,000+ hours to architecting over 500 screens for a scalable, seamless user experience.










Admin & Supervisor Panel
The Problem:
Supervisors lack real-time visibility into high-volume WhatsApp support, making it difficult to track team performance, response times, and workload bottlenecks.
The Solution:
I designed a data-driven dashboard featuring performance heatmaps and real-time workload tracking. This empowers managers to monitor chat volumes and make quick, data-backed decisions from a single screen.

The Problem:
Bulk WhatsApp campaigns are often disconnected from support workflows, complicating audience segmentation and Meta-compliant template approvals
The Solution:
An integrated marketing engine that allows teams to easily create Meta-compliant message templates with live previews, segment target audiences, and seamlessly launch bulk broadcast campaigns.


The Mobile Experience: CRM in Your Pocket
Translating a complex B2B desktop ecosystem into an intuitive mobile interface was a key challenge. I designed the mobile application to ensure agents can manage high-volume chats, utilize quick replies, and access customer history seamlessly on the go, without compromising on functionality.
