A next-generation digital loyalty platform designed to maximize customer retention. By crafting a seamless B2B2C rewards ecosystem, I connected businesses with their customers instantly, delivering a frictionless loyalty experience across all web and mobile touchpoints.
High Cognitive Load in the Checkout Flow
Problem: The existing checkout process included too many steps and unnecessary form fields, which made the purchasing experience feel longer than needed. This was especially challenging for mobile users who wanted to complete their order quickly.


Solution: I optimized the checkout experience by reducing the number of required inputs, removing redundant fields, and prioritizing only task-critical information. This minimized cognitive load, reduced interaction cost, and allowed users to complete the purchase flow more efficiently with less friction.
